Webinar: Navigating the 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines: A Roadmap for Dietitians

October 20, 2026

The 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGA) provide an updated framework for nutrition guidance that influences clinical practice, public health initiatives, nutrition education, and policy over the next five years. As nutrition science continues to evolve, how can practitioners navigate areas of debate and translate the latest guidance into practical recommendations for diverse populations?

Join Toby Amidor, MS, RD, CDN, FAND, on Tuesday, October 20, from 2-3:15 p.m. ET, for a webinar that offers an in-depth review of the newly released guidelines, highlighting key recommendations, notable shifts from previous editions, and areas that may create confusion or controversy among health professionals and the public.

Attendees will explore major themes within the DGA and examine how the guidelines align with current nutrition science and recommendations from leading health organizations, providing valuable context for interpreting the updated guidance.

Through practical examples and evidence-based discussion, participants will gain tools to address common questions and translate recommendations into practical, individualized guidance.
