Webinar: Bringing Satiety and Satisfaction to the Plate: Practical Strategies for Cardiometabolic Care and Behavior Change (Part 2)

October 15, 2026

Appetite regulation, satiety, and satisfaction are fundamental concepts that influence food choices, sustainable eating patterns, and cardiometabolic health. Understanding how these factors shape eating behaviors can help empower individuals seeking to learn about practical nutrition strategies that support long-term behavior change and overall well-being.

Join Wendy Bazilian, DrPH, MA, RDN, and Sabrina Falquier, MD, CCMS, DipABLM, on Thursday, October 15, from 2-3:30 p.m. ET, as they build on Part 1 of this two-part webinar series with a focus on translating the concepts of satiety and satisfaction into practical, patient-centered strategies that support sustainable behavior change. This powerhouse dietitian-physician duo will explore approaches for building balanced, satisfying meals that align with a patient’s health goals, cultural preferences, and lifestyle while highlighting how an interprofessional care team can work together to support sustainable behavior change.

Take a deep dive into practical applications related to meal timing, mindful eating, SMART goal development, and creative uses of nutrient-dense foods, like avocados, that promote satiety and offer culinary versatility. Participants will also identify opportunities for referral to other members of the care team as part of an interprofessional approach and leave with actionable tools and communication strategies to bring health and wellness conversations to life across a variety of clinical settings.
