Webinar: Beyond the Hot Flash: The Real Story of Menopause

December 1, 2026

More than 1 million women in the U.S. enter menopause each year, with an estimated 50 million experiencing perimenopause, all while navigating these life stages with unanswered questions, misinformation, and limited support.1,2

Join Toby Amidor and Dr. Sadaf Lodhi on Tuesday, December 1, from 2-3:15 p.m. ET, for a webinar that will provide dietetic professionals with an evidence-based understanding of the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause and their short- and long-term health impacts. The duo will discuss both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options, as well as the role of diet, supplements, physical activity, and other healthy lifestyle habits that practitioners can incorporate into client education. Common menopause myths will be debunked and the importance of an interdisciplinary healthcare team will be highlighted.

Leave this session feeling confident and prepared to implement practical knowledge as you guide female patients towards feeling informed, supported, and empowered to thrive through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
