For easy reference, a transcript of your activity history and certificates are maintained in your account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on "My Account."
3. Click on "My Activities." 
4. Ensure "Completed activities" is selected.
5. Click "Download PDF" to view/save your transcript.
